One-day humanitarian corridor across Elenovka checkpoint opens for 13th time

Donetsk, Aug 14 – DAN. DPR has again reopened Elenovka checkpoint at the contact line to let people across the border.
“DPR has reopened the crossing point, it is open from 9.00 a.m. until 6 p.m.,” the DPR Ministry’s of State Security Border Guard Service said.
The humanitarian corridor opened for the 13th time since June 22, when the first group of people was allowed across the border. This week, it opened on August 10, more than 140 people crossed the contact line.
To enter the DPR, travelers must be granted clearance from the anti-coronavirus HQ; for exit they must have a registration in Ukraine.
Travelers entering the Republic are subject to a free of charge 14-day quarantine.
The DPR suspended the operation of crossing points on the contact line in March to prevent the import of the coronavirus infection. *ot
